Move into flow

I adore the dynamics of moving slowly and making every movement count – to moving explosively, letting go of fear and exploring what my body can do. A wild combination of yin, slow flows and meditation along with shaking, let go dancing and stronger flows sum up my practice. I am grateful for all the different teachings and a combination of them all fit perfectly on my palette. I teach from experience and stay inspired by continuously practicing with my teachers.
